Tour Information

Transportation

Prices & What's Included

Prices quoted are for double occupancy and will decrease for triple or quadruple occupancy. Prices include transportation by motor coach, hotel rooms, and items included in the "What's Included" section on the individual tour page. Gratuities for bellmen and meals that are part of the itinerary are included in the price of tour. Gratuities to our tour guides and drivers are voluntary. Travel insurance is not included. You can purchase travel insurance through Travel Guard.

Buses

We use the very best, late-model motor coaches equipped with restrooms, air conditioning, reclining seats, PA systems, stereo, video monitors, and DVD players. Due to federal regulations, smoking & alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the bus. Frequent stops are made for the benefit of those who do smoke.

Tour Guides

Each Martin Tours trip is accompanied by an experienced, courteous, and knowledgeable tour guide. These tour guides are members of our staff and are there to assist you in every way. In certain cities, a local guide will join the tour to provide detailed information about a particular area.

Luggage

Each person is allowed one large suitcase (22x10x32) that does not exceed 75 lbs.

Itinerary Variations

Due to the advance planning of these tours, Martin Tours reserves the right to make changes or substitutions in order to improve the tour.

Pickup Locations

On each individual tour page, we list the pickup cities for that tour. Pickup cities are subject to change, and we will notify you of any changes 20 to 30 days prior to departure.

Roommates

Each person making a reservation is responsible for finding their own roommate(s). When making a reservation you should inform us how many people will be sharing your room and who your roommate(s) will be. Because prices are based on double occupancy, if you or we are unable to find a suitable roommate(s), you will be billed for a single rate. Prices will decrease for triple or quadruple occupancy.

Final Tour Information & Documents

20 to 30 days prior to departure, you will receive your final tour documentation, including your itinerary, pickup locations and time, luggage tags, and hotel phone numbers.

Special Requests

Special requests such as smoking, non-smoking, or side-by-side rooms need to be made when booking your tour. We try to honor all requests, but in some motels and locations, special requests cannot always be honored.

 

Proof Of Citizenship

Passports are required to enter Canada or Mexico.

Payment

Cancellations

Reservations & Deposit

A $50 non-refundable deposit will secure your seat on any tour. If the tour is full, we will place you on a waiting list and contact you if a vacancy occurs. Please visit the individual tour page to pay your deposit via credit card or bank draft. Visit our payment page to mail a check. School group participants making a payment should visit our school tours page.

Tour Cancellations

Our tours are priced assuming that we will have a minimum number of people. Approximately 45 days prior to departure of the trip, if this number has not been reached, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. If we need to cancel a tour we will refund you in full. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so we will do everything possible to not cancel tours.

Final Payment

Final payments are due 45 days prior to departure of the trip. Please visit the individual tour page to pay your final payment via credit card or bank draft. Visit our payment page to mail a check. School group participants making a payment should visit our school tours page.

Refunds

In the event you need to cancel your trip, we will refund you in full less any non-recoverable expenditures made on behalf of the participant at the time of the cancellation. These costs would be for meals, rooms, tickets, bus, etc. There will also be a $3.00 handling fee for each cancellation. There will be no refunds for cancellations made once the tour departs. You can purchase travel insurance through Travel Guard.
